Welcome to Mansi Chairs. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Products and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our chairs, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are subject to separate manufacturing timelines and shipping agreements. Custom manufacturing orders may require a non-refundable deposit. Please refer to your specific B2B contract for details.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our standard return policy lasts 7 days for retail orders. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your chair must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom or bulk orders are non-returnable unless defective.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Mumbai.
